Mise en scene- Brazil images

• The camera angle makes it look like the clip board is lying down, and kind of like it is hidden.
• The lighting is quite dull giving it a mysteriousness.
• Also top lighting has been used on the document while the background is dark creating contrast and drawing the audiences attention.
• The edges are kind of blurred making the centre the focal point.
• The colour blue has been used to draw attention to the stamp, which gives the idea of it being a piece of important information.
• The surname written is also in bold which has been done to make the audience remember it. 

• In this shot there are leading lines to the man standing at the back, drawing the audiences eye towards him.
• Dull lighting, browns and greys have been used to create a boring sort look, which is typical of an office.
• There is a bright white light surrounding the man which creates a focal point. 

• A back light, and an under light have been used to make the figure look like he is intimidating, like he is the boss.
• The light is focused on his eyes which are frowning making him look angry.
• A low angle shit has been used to make the man look like he has power, and he is big. 
• His eyes are also in a one of the thirds (top left hand)

Evaluation, and answers.

I think my car has turned out very well. I completed it in time to make another one to improve. Both of my cars turned out well without any problems to set me back. There was one problem in my first car and I think it was theat one of the wheels turned in slightly a bit more than the other but you can't really notice this problem. In my second car I made sure both of the wheels faced the same way as much as I could. I think I did well in my cars and I am proud of the out come. a. List the materials that were used in the construction of your vehicle; Scroll saw, hot glue gun, sanding wheel, soldering iron, plastic sheets, solder, plastic wheels, strip heater, dremmel and a drill b. Describe some environmental problems which are caused by the overuse of plastics?; Blocking water ways, animals swallowing and chocking themselves, takes over 1000 years to break down c. List three situations where a remote control device is used in everyday life and comment on the advantage of these remote control devices. 1.Changing the channel on a TV, the advantage to this is that you do not have to be standing right next to the TV to change the channel. You can be sitting on the couch and only have to move your hand to change it. 2. Turning on the Air conditioning, you do not need to stand on a chair to be able to reach the air on you can just press a button on a control. 3. Opening and closing the garage, you don't have to get out of the car to open the garage you can simply stay in the car and press a button.

Putting in the motor and soldering

For our car to work it needs to have a motor and wheels. I cut out the pieces of plastic and metal to put into the wheels to connect them to the motors. When the wheels and motors were glued to the car I soldered the wire on.

Remote control car 2012

We are Mae making remote control cars in DF this year. Mr Churchill has shown us how to use the band saw, scroll saw and dril. This year we are getting to use the tools on our own where as last year mr Andrews did it for us, so this year it is going to be fun. We also learnt the safety hazards in the work shop and how to keep our selfs safe.

My final clock (with out mechanism)

This is my clock after all the hard work I have put in.

Last lesson I didn't do much stuff because Mr Andrews was showing us how the clock mechanisms work and how to put them in to our clocks. I also didn't get to do much stuff because we all had to wait for a turn to use the drill to put a whole into our clock for the actual clock mechanism to fit into. After I drilled the whole I was trying to fit the "neck" fit through the hole, it did fir but it wasn't long enough in order to put the "hands" on. I told Mr Andrews about the problem so we decided to use a mechanism with a longer "neck".
